而换成以下即可解决问题
driver=com.mysql.jdbc.Driver
url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/mybatis?useSSL=true&useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8
jdbc.username=root
password=root
原因:database.properties 里面 username 必须用 jdbc.username. 否则username就变成了系统管理员的名字,所以只要修改username的配置即可
