[Java知识库]setting已配置阿里镜像，但是maven任下载不下来jar

setting配置文件

由于没有配置

?后面又遇到了HTTPS的SSL证书问题，修改IDEA配置

-Dmaven.wagon.http.ssl.insecure=true -Dmaven.wagon.http.ssl.allowall=true

该配置可以可以忽略ssl问题，所以就可以顺利下载了?
