Android Gradle 插件需要 Java 11 才能运行。 您当前使用的是 Java 1.8。

解决方案：

1. 通过IDE配置 (changing the IDE settings)

Setting > Build,Execution,Deployment > Build Tools >Gradle

2. 更改环境变量里的 JDK版本 (changing the JAVA_HOME environment variable.)

3. 通过gradle.properties配置 (changing org.gradle.java.home in gradle.properties.)

gradle.properties文件中配置如下:

org.gradle.java.home=/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk-11.0.1.jdk/Contents/Home

4. 降级 Gradle 插件版本

进入 build.gradle(Project) 修改 Android Gradle 插件版本 4.2.2：
