[开发工具]快速搭建eslint+prettier配置环境

npm安装

npm install eslint -D 
npm install babel-eslint -D // eslint 解释器
npm install prettier -D // prettier
npm install eslint-config-prettier -D // prettier与eslint冲突时，可以保证prettier可以覆盖eslint的类库
npm install eslint-plugin-prettier -D // 将prettier可以作为lint的配置在rules规则中
