VS Code配置文件

以前用的vscode配置文件出了问题，折腾了一上午改完了，现在记录一下。
本配置文件适用于vscode写C++，编译环境mingw64。

注意事项

在task.json和launch.json文件中"cwd"属性需要对应，不要写成${fileDirname}。vscode版本1.71版本之前好像用${fileDirname}是对的，但是新版本不行。
launch.json中的"preLaunchTask"字段内容应该和task.json中的"label"字段内容一致，不然launch找不到对应的前置task！
这些json配置文件适用于写一些只需要标准库，无第三方依赖库的C++代码。如果需要使用第三方库，最好还是直接用cmake配置。
