350 为密文长度为350位
RZS NAJ 为加密转子起始位置解密信号
首先确认信息发送的日期
密码段的前五位为标志位,通常为设定的三个字母加上任意的两个字母组成
前五个数据为nkfgp,去codebook.pdf中寻找
